  • Male and female toilet (with disabled access)
  • Kitchen/coffee station
  • Fully controllable central heating system used for heating and hot water
  • Carpet tiles throughout

Parking

There is unlimited secured parking on site.

Communications

The site is served by a daily post collection and is broadband enabled. Structured cabling can be installed with the landlords consent.

Security

The Steadings Business Centre is monitored by 24 hour CCTV and also benefits from the owners living on site, offering additional peace of mind.

Air conditioning

All offices can have air conditioning fitted for an additional £1 per sq ft.

Aesthetics

The office development has been created from the conversion of 18th, 19th and 20th Century farm buildings. This variety offers a pleasant mix of architecture and provides for a range of buildings from single storey brick to two storey steel and glass.

Local amenities

A lunch snack van visits the site daily and the village of Maisemore has a pub, the White Hart. Neighbouring villages of Hartpury and Ashleworth also have pubs which serve good quality lunches.

Situated on a farm, there are many pleasant local walks to enjoy and for those needing to get into town, a trip into Gloucester can easily be managed in an hour’s lunch break.

Environmentally-friendly

Heating is provided from the neighbouring farm's own boiler. Fuelled by waste timber, together with office waste, this saves the equivalent of 200 tons of oil per annum. The environmental benefits far outweigh that which any amount of paper recycling could achieve.
